Join award-winning digital-documentary photographer, lecturer and author Steve Simon and find inspiration while expanding your knowledge and skill set of digital photography techniques.

This intensive day-long session starts with an overview of contemporary photography and a look at Steve’s work, followed by a brief review of some key points of shooting with a digital camera. Inspired, you will then head out on assignment to capture some of the many great photos to be had just outside the Moscone Center in the heart of San Francisco. You will be encouraged to step outside your photographic comfort zone to push yourself to the next level in your photographic evolution. The session continues with asset and workflow management using Apple’s Aperture as well as an editing clinic and critique of the day's work.
