Macworld 2010 GameSalad Challenge" will bring all types and levels of game creators from the community together at Macworld 2010. Daily training will happen in Booth # 1478.

Training Descriptions:

GameSalad Beginner Training - Make iPhone and Mac games without programming!  In this session you'll learn the basics of GameSalad: navigating around the interface, importing assets, adding behaviors and logic, and testing your game.  Participants will be guided to create a fully-functional shoot-em-up game during the course of the session and will learn how to share it with the world.  No game development experience required!

GameSalad Intermediate Training - This session takes you further into the world of code-free game creation with GameSalad. Learn how to use different device inputs, bend the forces of physics to your will, and become a master of time and logic.  Participants will also learn how to quickly and easily publish their games to the iPhone and Mac!  Some experience with GameSalad or other game development software is recommended.

Daily Game Jam Winner Announcement - Immediately following the last GameSalad Beginner Training session each day, one game created by show floor attendees will be selected as the Daily Game Jam Winner.  That game's creator will receive a GameSalad Express Membership for a year, enabling unlimited game exports to the iPhone.  All MacWorld 2010 attendees are invited to stop by the GameSalad Bar any time to create a game for the Daily Game Jam!

Macworld 2010 GameSalad Challenge Awards Ceremony - Ladies and Gentlemen! For five weeks, contestants from around the country have worked to prove themselves the best GameSalad developer around, competing to win prestige for their games along with a GameSalad Pro membership and an Apple iPod Touch. Five finalists have been chosen by judges in the Mac and games industry and only one will emerge victorious. Play all five finalist games and vote for your favorite at GameSalad.com.  Join us as the judges play and critique each game and tally up their votes as well as yours to determine the ultimate winner of the MacWorld 2010 GameSalad Challenge.
