BADGE PICK UP Process for Conference Attendees
•Badges will NOT be mailed to conference attendees for this event.
•You will receive a pre-mailer ticket in the mail if you registered by December 8, 2008.
•Bring the mailer you receive to `AREA 3 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION` located in the upper North Hall Lobby of The Moscone Center to pick up your badge and badge holder, once you arrive onsite.
•After you pick up your badge and badge holder, you may go to Conference Material Pickup located in lower North Hall, in room 123.
•If you are unable to go to Registration on Sunday, we suggest you arrive approximately 1-2 hours before the start of your first session to ensure adequate time allowed to pick up your badge, badge holder and conference materials.
BADGE PICK UP Process for Expo Plus and Expo Only (Received Badge)
•Badge Holder Pick Up for all Expo Plus registrants will be located in the upper South Hall Lobby of The Moscone Center.
•Badges will be mailed to Expo Plus attendees, within the United States, if you registered by December 8, 2008. You will need to bring your badge with you to the show.
•Proceed to AREA 1 PICK UP FOR PRE-REGISTERED EXPO HALL ATTENDEES, once on-site to pick up your badge holder located in the upper South Lobby of The Moscone Center, in order to gain entrance to the Expo Floor.
•All International badges and badge holders will need to be picked up on-site at the counters marked AREA 1 PICK UP FOR PRE-REGISTERED EXPO HALL ATTENDEES, located in the upper South Lobby of The Moscone Center.
BADGE PICK UP -Process for Expo Only opt not to receive your badge in the mail
•You did not opt to receive your badge in the mail, therefore you will need to pick up your badge and badge holder on-site.
•Print the bar code portion of your confirmation and bring it with you on-site.
•Badge and badge holder pick up for all Expo Only registrants will be located in the upper South Hall lobby of The Moscone Center.
•Proceed to AREA 1 PICK UP FOR PRE-REGISTERED EXPO HALL ATTENDEES, in the upper South Hall Lobby of The Moscone Center, once on-site to pick up your badge and badge holder, in order to gain entrance to the Expo Floor.
•All International badges and badge holders will need to be picked up on-site at the counters marked AREA 1 PICK UP FOR PRE-REGISTERED EXPO HALL ATTENDEES, located in the upper South Lobby of The Moscone Center.
•Should you want to receive your badge in the mail please contact us before December 8th at (800) 645-EXPO (within the U.S.). You will be charged a $5 service fee to have your badge mailed to you.

Proper identification (driver's license, credit card) is required to receive your registration materials. Business cards will not be accepted as appropriate identification.
