Registration fees are non-refundable, including all cancellations, and credentials are non-transferable.
Discounts on registration fees are valid on NEW registrations ONLY and must be redeemed / noted at the time of initial registration. No refunds or credits will be issued for a discount after the initial registration.
Student / Educator discounts are ONLY valid via Fax / Mail and will not be accepted via online registration.
No Purchase Orders will be accepted.
A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
NO checks will be accepted during on-site registration.
Admission to the Keynote, Feature Presentations and all Conference Sessions is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Recording devices are prohibited in the educational programs.
All Power Tools Conferences, Market Symposium, Digital Photography Day classes and Hands-on MacLabs require that the course be selected in advance. To attend a different topic in a Power Tools Conference, Market Symposium, Digital Photography Day classes or Hands-on MacLabs, the registration must be changed. Registration for one of the Power Tools Conferences does not include access to the other Power Tools Conferences. The same applies to Market Symposiums, Digital Photography Day classes and Hands-on MacLabs.
Hands-on MacLabs must be added to any education package. Students must bring their own laptop and be prepared with the corresponding hardware, software, skills and level requirements listed.
Keynote and Feature Presentations are open to Platinum Pass, Super Pass, MacIT, Users, Power Tools, Market Symposiums, Digital Photography Day and
Hands-on MacLabs attendees ONLY. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for Platinum Pass and Super Pass attendees-who have access to priority Keynote seating.
